Songs of Life – a card-based story-driven adventure about ancient Chinese healers from DreamStep Studios, published by 2P Games, released in March 2025. Set in the final years of the Eastern Han Dynasty, when the country is simultaneously beset by a mysterious disease, disasters, and wars. Three doctors You play as three doctors with different fates. The first heroine, a young woman, calls herself the true Hua Tuo. The second, Zhang Zhongjing, wants one thing: peace in the country. The third, Dong Feng, is a master of medicine credited with writing the treatises "Qing Nan Shu" and "Shang Han Lun." Their paths gradually converge, and together they try to understand who is behind the epidemic and the disasters and stop them. Treatment with cards The game's core is its cards. They inform both the story and the treatment: there are many sick people, each with a different set of circumstances, and they can be helped with surgery, potions, and divine powers. Between scenes, there are mini-games with puzzles. As the story unfolds, explanations about the world, its customs, and its medicine appear, making it easy to immerse yourself in the story even if you're unfamiliar with the era. The game is rich in text, and its presentation is similar to a visual novel, with a top-down view and hand-drawn characters. Cao Cao and Yuan Shao Beyond the treatment, there's an investigation into a larger conspiracy related to the epidemic. It involves famous historical figures, including Cao Cao and Yuan Shao, familiar to anyone who's read Romance of the Three Kingdoms or played strategy games set in that era. It shares only the title with Songs of Rats, Song of Kings, and Songs of Syx. Download torrent Songs of Life On PC you can do it lower, the game will take up only about 3 GB.
