Shadows of Destruction – a 2.5D side-scrolling action game in the vein of Metroidvania and Souls-like games from SheikyGames. Set in the Land of Honshu, a world inspired by feudal Japan, a samurai betrayed by a loved one seeks revenge with the help of a mysterious savior. Ryota and Diago The protagonist, the samurai Ryota, falls victim to betrayal. Diago, a man with his own secrets, comes to his aid, and together they become the "Shadows of Destruction." Afterward, Ryota gains supernatural powers, the origin of which is revealed gradually. Diago's motives are also not immediately revealed, and behind the entire story lie the secrets of a demon hidden in the depths of Honshu. The authors promise a surprising ending. Timing, parrying, counterattack Combat is fast, but mindless sword swinging isn't an option. Everything is based on timing: parrying a blow at the right time, seizing the right moment for a counterattack, and not getting caught in a combo. In co-op, one player plays as Ryota, with his supernatural abilities, while the other plays Diago, who is more of a support player.
