Isekai Adventurer Guild – a turn-based tactical RPG with roguelike elements from Beard Bear, released in early access in January 2026. You lead a guild of heroes summoned from another world and send them in squads to complete contracts in dangerous dungeons. Orders and selection of a leader The guild's work begins with a task board. Clients bring various tasks, and each requires a team to be assembled. The key decision here is the squad leader: they determine how the mission will go and which approach to combat will be most effective. Battles are turn-based, on isometric pixel-style maps. Character skills, elemental effects, and terrain play a crucial role: a good position or the right element can determine the outcome of a battle just as much as the heroes' skill level. Tactical errors are rarely forgiven, and a poorly assembled squad will quickly fail the mission. Hero and Guild Growth There are no rigid classes in the game. Characters gain levels, progress through development stages, and advance in rank, with the direction of advancement depending on the skills you choose. Ranking unlocks new titles, and equipment improves specific stats. Funds from completed orders go toward basic stats for heroes and the guild itself, and guild funds can be used to recruit newcomers. Each adventurer has their own backstory, which is gradually revealed as you progress through the game. What's in Early Access? The game currently features 15 adventurers, six dungeon types, and a main storyline up to episode four. The guild's main goal is to deal with the anomaly that has brought monsters to the world.
