FEAR OF SLEEP – a first-person sci-fi horror game in the style of PS1 and PS2 era games from Signal Decay Games, published by Konrad Honey. Android in MetroBunker The action takes place in the MetroBunker, a massive underground shelter built in the shadow of war. You control the android repairman R0-1, nicknamed Roy. Industrial corridors, crumbling infrastructure, and strange interludes await, while deformed creatures hunt in the darkness. A breakthrough is coming soon, and Roy has only one goal: return to his creator before it's too late. The deeper he descends, the more evidence of sabotage, destruction, and disease spreads through the bunker's levels. No markers, no training There's no tutorial, yellow paint on the right ledges, or other safety precautions. The rules are the same for the entire bunker and are unforgiving, so survival requires observation and experimentation. The story isn't told directly either: it's pieced together from the environment, data, and archived messages. Understanding the world isn't necessary, but ignorance can cost lives. Markers indicate nonlinearity and multiple endings. Physics and dirty fighting Weapons and tools don't just deal damage. Guns, wrenches, and other useful items help you navigate, solve puzzles, and control crowds. Weight, inertia, and impact force matter: objects can be pushed, stacked, broken, thrown at enemies, or used as props. Damage is physical and irreversible, enemies break and bend, and combat feels messy and unpleasant, without unnecessary stylization. Stealth is also an option.
