Deserter is an isometric stealth RPG about a thief and deserter trying to survive in a grim city under total control. Instead of open firefights, you have to sneak through apartments, warehouses, and government buildings, pick locks, find alternate routes, and constantly keep an eye out for anyone who might hear something through the walls. The city lives under the control of the Party, but behind closed doors, fear, hunger, and the desire to escape at any cost have long simmered. One loud footstep, an accidentally opened door, or a forgotten witness can turn a carefully planned raid into a hasty escape through windows, rooftops, and dark alleys.
