You start out with a seemingly harmless weapon, but it quickly transforms into something capable of wiping out half the screen with a single button press. Enemies are coming from all sides, flashes, explosions, and hundreds of projectiles flicker all around, and your only desire is to hold out a little longer and see what your build will become by the next wave. The madness begins with the choice of weapons The arsenal is full of oddities. The slingshot, the slipper, the acid launcher, the chaotic spheres, and other equally suspicious instruments of destruction can all be developed along their own upgrade paths. The key here isn't simply increasing damage output, but assembling combos that work together. Sometimes a chance discovery turns into the foundation of a perfect build, while other times it turns the battlefield into an uncontrollable circus of effects and explosions. Each run forces you to adapt to new circumstances. Runes allow you to change the basic rules, strengthen enemies, enable automatic fire, or trigger special events. Because of this, no two runs are ever the same. Even a familiar set of weapons can take on a completely new look if the right upgrades and rare bonuses are found in the right combination.
