As a wanderer, you must cleanse the damned souls, rescue survivors, and, piece by piece, restore the Sanctuary of Ash — the last place where the remnants of human civilization can still be preserved. Every expedition could be the last Beyond the shelter lies a deadly territory where you must search for resources, rare equipment, and new allies. Any mistake can cost you your entire haul, so every decision must be made carefully. Enemies behave differently and require careful consideration, and some can be freed from their demonic influence rather than destroyed, adding to the ranks of the future settlement's inhabitants. Returning to the monastery, you gradually transform the crumbling ruins into a true stronghold of humanity. New buildings open up additional opportunities, survivors acquire their own responsibilities, and developing the settlement brings access to more powerful equipment and useful upgrades. All of this is accompanied by an atmospheric story, where themes of faith, redemption, and the struggle with inner darkness unfold against the backdrop of a dying world.
