Alien Strike: Blasting the Intruders is a fast-paced run 'n' gun platformer in the spirit of classic arcades, centered around nonstop shooting, jumping, and chaotic firefights with alien creatures. The player rushes through enemy-filled levels, shooting in all directions, dodging attacks, and trying to survive endless explosions, lasers, and on-screen madness in the best traditions of old-school machine-gun shooters. Weapons are getting crazier. During the gameplay, you can carry two weapons at once and swap them out mid-fire. If you pick up the same weapon multiple times, it transforms into a powered-up X-version with new shots, increased power, and a completely different shooting experience. This constantly encourages experimenting with combinations and finding synergies that transform the screen into a continuous stream of shells. The game really shines in co-op. Up to three players can race through levels, climb wires, shoot monsters, and share weapons. It all starts to feel like old arcade games, where half the fun was the screams of friends, the chaos on the screen, and the struggle to somehow survive the next huge boss.
