1666: Amsterdam is an action-adventure game with mystical elements set in 17th-century Amsterdam. Behind the opulent facades of the wealthy trading city lies another reality, unsuspected by ordinary residents. For centuries, the Primordials — powerful beings who have amassed power and influence — have lived among humanity. Noah Brooklyn, a member of the ancient Zaindaris order, is given a single task he cannot refuse: to find the Primordials and repay what they owe him long ago. The hunt begins after sunset. During the day, the city goes about its business as usual. Merchants trade on the streets, residents discuss the latest news, and those in need carefully conceal themselves among the crowd. Noah must search for clues, gather information, and carefully observe those around her. Many appear to be ordinary citizens, but behind these familiar faces may lurk ancient creatures who have hid for decades from those seeking to collect their debts. When Esbat arrives, the rules change. The Primordials can no longer hide their true nature, and the hunt enters its decisive phase. Witchcraft abilities allow for different approaches to the task, and the consequences depend on the decisions made. A mistake can be costly, as opponents possess power accumulated over generations.
