Wizzerd Quest 2 – a role-playing adventure from Kondoorsoft, a sequel to the shareware game Wizzerd Quest. Released in June 2026, co-published by KIDA. Compared to the first game, the scale has increased approximately fourfold, the world is now fully 3D and open, and the story is told through cutscenes with live actors. The Cult and Body of the Emperor The story begins with a theft: a necromancer cult has stolen the emperor's body and holed up in a sinister cathedral. The lands of Evenfall are divided into regions, and the cultists must be driven out of each one in turn until the ruler's remains are recovered and order is restored. The game can be played solo or in pairs, either on shared or split-screen; co-op requires two controllers. A full playthrough takes between five and ten hours. Without task markers The developers deliberately abandoned quest markers. The map shows your current location and landmarks, while the next steps are determined by conversations and the landscape itself. Each villager has their own hand-written dialogue, and the landscape is laid out for orientation. Beyond the story, there are dungeons, minigames, factions, and side quests. Inventory and trading have been redesigned for mouse and controller use, and the controls and camera are fully customizable. How is it different from the first part? The first Wizzerd Quest was a small game, but the second grew into a full-fledged open world across multiple regions. Live cutscenes and full 3D controls with an adjustable camera were added. The developer specifically promises that the game will not contain microtransactions, intrusive security, or content generated by generative AI.
