Before a round, you buy weapons, armor, accessories, and consumables and try to fit everything into a limited inventory so that the bonuses work well together. One successful combination easily carries the entire run, but a poorly placed piece can ruin half your build. The board decides everything It's not enough to simply collect powerful items.
