The Last Cube – a 3D puzzle game with platformer elements from the Finnish studio Improx Games, released on March 10, 2022. You control the last cube in a dying world, and the entire game revolves around stickers that grant special abilities to the cube's faces. Stickers on the edges The cube moves through the squares, rolling from one side to the other. Stickers are attached to its sides, and each one grants its own ability: speed up, jump, or create a copy of itself. Abilities are tied to specific sides, so which side the cube will face at the right moment plays a significant role, requiring you to plan your moves in advance. You decide which stickers to place and where, and as you progress, new mechanics and abilities emerge, requiring you to combine old moves with them. Abandoned Alien World The action takes place on an abandoned alien world with obscure technologies and ancient legends. Cube attempts to save his slowly perishing home planet, collecting clues along the way about what led to its decline. The locations change dramatically: fog-shrouded gorges, lava-flowing factories, mountainous landscapes, and sunlit playgrounds. Secrets and bonus tasks The campaign is extensive and designed for single-player. Those who enjoy delving into levels will find hidden secrets that reveal the world's history and additional puzzles.
