About the game
The grand X019 event, attended by Dontnod Entertainment, the developers of the cult classic Life is Strange, has just concluded. The team brought an idea for an interactive game. Tell Me Why, which, by the way, has nothing in common with the song of the same name. What is already known We'll witness the story of twins heading to their home in Alaska, where they spent a dark, secret-shrouded childhood. The developers explain that the twins must harness their natural connection to unravel a tangled web of memories. As they progress, they uncover more and more details about their lives, and the player will have to choose which of the two to trust. Depending on your choice, the story will unfold, as will the relationships between their loved ones. The studio is focusing on the characters and personalities of both twins, but will delve into the life of Tyler, who, according to the story, has come out as transgender. Why such a crazy decision? It turns out the developers are collaborating with a non-governmental LGBT community, which pushed the idea of depicting the ordeals of those "different." We're not sure whether domestic gamers with strict moral principles will appreciate such an idea. The developers report that in Tell Me Why Players will experience realistically written characters and deeply profound themes. As the twins interact, new events unfold, and the player will have to decide between truth and fantasy. This choice will determine the strength of the unique bond between brother and sister and help shape their future. The studio has decided to take a new approach to game distribution. Their projects will no longer be released in episodes, forcing users to wait for months. All three episodes Tell Me Why You can download the torrent for free in Russian here; it will be announced on the same day. The project's release is scheduled for summer 2020. Tell Me Why written for computers and Xbox One.
