Stratagem Lost — is a grim turn-based tactics game about a country that has already survived the war but never truly emerged from it. The king has disappeared, the remaining states are squabbling among themselves, apathy is crushing the people, and screams are increasingly heard at night, after which some never return home. Against this backdrop, you have to assemble a squad, delve into dirty political games, and figure out who exactly is dragging the world toward the next catastrophe. Broken countries Combat here doesn't feel like a one-shot deal. Characters can move, attack, and use abilities in any order, as long as they have enough stamina. This makes fights feel very fluid: you can charge forward, hurl an enemy halfway across the map, quickly finish off the target, and immediately reorganize your entire squad to cope with the new situation. A lot depends on the interactions between characters. One fighter marks and unlocks new effects, another uses this for powerful attacks, and a third completely disrupts the rhythm of combat with mercenaries and their abilities. And on top of this, the game constantly overwhelms with its atmosphere: dirty streets, paranoia, conspiracies, punk aesthetics, and the feeling that the world has long been going downhill, but hasn't quite fallen apart yet.
