Therefore, base development is constantly linked to research and the search for solutions to new problems. The work doesn't end outside the outposts. The crew receives assignments, embarks on dangerous missions, and encounters situations where the officers' training greatly depends. Over time, the crew becomes the true heart of the expedition, and the success of the operation is determined not only by the complexes built but also by the people behind them.
