Tokyo by district The city is divided into zones, and control must be gained gradually. At first, you do everything yourself: walk, skateboard, or drive, delivering goods to customers. As you gain more customers, you can outsource sales to hired dealers; they work while you work on your plans. New territories open up new customers and new opportunities, and the game already has several regions in Early Access. Laboratory and formulas Production here is also your responsibility.
