Ritualist is an action roguelike game built around real-time combat, procedural dungeons, and a deep build system. The player assumes the role of the last Ritualist, exploring evolving locations, battling enemies, and making decisions that directly impact character development and the outcome of each run. Weapons and Build Evolution The player has a diverse arsenal of weapons at their disposal, each with its own attack mechanics, tempo, and hitbox. Weapon selection determines the combat style and interactions with other systems. Combinations of weapons, runes, and cards create unique builds that evolve as the game progresses. Character builds evolve dynamically. As players progress through dungeons, they gain access to new effects, modifiers, and abilities that enhance or transform abilities.
