Rhell: Warped Worlds & Troubled Times is a semi-open-ended puzzle adventure set in a world where almost everyone has disappeared. You play as the caustic mage Rell, trying to understand the cause of the catastrophe. You have 40 magical runes at your disposal, which you can combine as you please, using up to five at a time. Each puzzle has no single solution: you don't find the answer, you create it. Magic as a constructor You start with four runes and gradually discover more as you explore the ruins. Spells can be combined: create copies of yourself, transform them into objects, animate stones, and fix mechanisms in unconventional ways. Puzzles encourage experimentation, and many solutions arise from unexpected combinations of effects. Half of the discoveries are the result of your own logic. The world of Rell consists of nine interconnected locations, from flooded libraries to volcanic factories. Only twelve people remain alive, each with their own version of what happened.
