Even the most seemingly cruel people are capable of tears. And so the hero of this game, Christopher Raven, can shed a hot tear remembering his murdered family... They were torn to pieces by pirates right before Christopher's eyes when he was still a simple boy. And they took something important from him — his hand. But tears won't help matters. The matter is quite simple: revenge. The hero understands that the only way to get to the "Devil," or simply Captain Neville Scrantoni, who killed his family and his gang is to become a pirate cutthroat himself. And so he does... The game was developed by Polish studio Reality Pump (Two Worlds, Earth 2160). It's an action-adventure game with a touch of RPG, so you can expect character development and some nonlinear storyline. Raven's Cry's main selling point is its believable portrayal of pirates. They're not romantics, but cutthroats. This hasn't been seen in any other game before, so it's definitely worth downloading Raven's Cry via torrent and evaluating its strengths and weaknesses.
