Appointed by the royal court to a remote village, you watch as the disease spreads day by day, with the fates of people hanging in the balance of your decisions. A doctor on the edge To heal, you must mine. You leave the village walls and explore fields, forests, and caves in search of herbs, mushrooms, and minerals. Ingredients can be identified, refined, and combined to create increasingly complex preparations — from simple tinctures to experimental serums. A recipe error could cost a patient their life. Each patient requires examination, diagnosis, and treatment selection — from medication to surgery. The world reacts to your actions: untreated patients and deaths lead to village decline, fires, and climate deterioration.
