2017 has only just begun, and users are already being offered PES 2017, a new football simulation series developed by the renowned studio Konami. Among the notable facts is that the series has been afloat for two decades, surviving everything from overwhelming success and player attention to neglect. This has been especially noticeable recently; the developers seem to have relaxed and neglected the multiplayer, which, compared to FIFA, was clearly inferior. But mistakes are a learning experience, and the current project is well-designed, particularly in terms of online modes. FIFA holds a significant lead, but Konami isn't content to give up on the battle for player recognition.
