You need to secure lucrative contracts, oversee the company's daily operations, and gradually transform a modest office into a major logistics hub. The more orders you receive, the harder it is to keep up with everything yourself, and at some point, you have to hand over the reins to others. Employees and fleet You assemble your team: hire couriers, assign them tasks, and ensure deliveries run smoothly. You can continue driving yourself, or you can focus more on planning. The fleet also grows: from lightweight scooters that easily navigate narrow streets to heavy-duty trucks for large deliveries.
