Online: 404 is an open-world survival simulator that replaces the familiar genre rules with a more grounded approach to resource gathering, construction, and exploration. You find yourself in the closed, abandoned district of Leminsgale, where you must independently find ways to obtain food, build a shelter, and navigate your surroundings. Your main tool is a simple smartphone with a map, flashlight, weather forecast, and access to the in-game internet. Download Online: 404 You can play the game via torrent on PC for solo play or with friends, gradually transforming the items you find around you into tools for survival. Smartphone and survival Instead of a ready-made survival encyclopedia, the player receives a phone that can be used to search for information on unknown objects and how to craft essential items. It also includes a map, flashlight, and weather forecast, but along with these useful features, there are advertisements and unreliable information. Therefore, the internet doesn't provide a ready-made solution to every problem, but rather becomes just one tool to be used in a difficult situation. Much still depends on how carefully you explore the abandoned area and what items you find around you. Shelter construction is primarily based on wood, but you can reinforce the walls with items already found in the surrounding world. For example, a removed car door or hood can be attached to a wooden structure, making the base significantly more secure. A similar approach applies to other needs: if electricity is needed, a solar panel can be found and salvaged from an abandoned house rather than built from scratch. Explore the area, hunt, observe animals, farm, and gradually improve your shelter.
