For the first time, Ninja Gaiden 3 will allow players to experience the world through Ryu Hayabusa's eyes and understand what drives him to fight and kill. The game's plot centers on a masked man whose motives and goals are unclear. Using a mysterious power, he transforms Ryu, blurring the lines between hero and villain, good and evil. The developers will show Ryu as a true killer and reveal his secrets that will astound players. Ryu travels to London on behalf of the Japanese Minister of Defense, where he encounters a host of hostile terrorists. A large number of enemies, impressive special effects, and plenty of blood are the recipe for a great game. According to the developers, the main goal was to make the player feel their sword cleave through the enemy, the blade cutting through flesh and shattering bone. And, of course, it was crucial to make enemies react realistically to their blows. That's why an enemy who's been wounded but not yet completely dead screams and tries to crawl away until they drop dead. Ryu literally tears enemies apart, throws them into the air, slashes with his infernal blade, and doesn't even blink at the massive amount of blood.
