About the game

Maple Ridge is a first-person psychological horror game in which familiar life slowly disintegrates. After the death of his wife, Alex is left alone in a quiet suburban house, struggling to regain a sense of normalcy. Work, household chores, and occasional conversations with others should help him cope with the loss, but with each passing day, the peace begins to crumble, and the familiar world increasingly resembles a dream ending badly. When Home Is No Longer Safe Each evening brings new conversations, messages, phone calls, and strange little things that seem easy to explain at first. Gradually, ordinary events coalesce into a disturbing pattern, and the most innocent everyday habits begin to raise ever more questions. Dialogue choices influence the development of individual scenes, so the story constantly shifts its tone and makes it difficult to predict the outcome of each choice. The tension stems not from flashy effects, but from the sense that familiar reality no longer obeys its familiar laws. The quiet streets, cozy homes, and measured life of the American suburbs provide the perfect backdrop for a story that, step by step, transforms a domestic drama into a psychological nightmare, haunting you until the very end. Features of the game First-person psychological horror. Branching dialogues with a choice of lines. Phone calls, messages and correspondence as part of the plot. Pixel graphics and the atmosphere of the American suburbs.
