About the game

MANIFESTO is a satirical company management simulator in which morality is declared an obsolete asset. You take the CEO's chair and immediately learn the fundamental truth: employees are resources, stress is a tool, and burnout is a growth metric. Here, they don't ask how you feel; they crunch the numbers and demand even more, hiding behind slogans about success and happiness. Growth at any cost Your advancement is built around decisions that appear rational on paper but quickly destroy all sense of humanity. You hire people, squeeze them to the limit, and replace them with new ones when performance declines. Goals are always unrealistic, deadlines are absurd, and the pressure mounts with every successful deal, turning management into a constant crisis. Progress is reflected in unlocking bonuses and triggering effects that boost sales and productivity. The company expands, the metrics grow, but so does the workload. Shareholders are never satisfied, and the system doesn't allow for victory — only forward movement until someone breaks. Features of the game A satirical look at corporate culture and the cult of efficiency. Managing employees as resources with long-term consequences. Constant pressure of unrealistic goals and deadlines. A system of bonuses that enhance growth at the cost of stability.
