About the game
Although the multiplayer role-playing game Lineage Eternal: Twilight Resistance hasn't been released yet, it has a long history. Development began in early 2008. Of course, the project is being handled by the South Korean company NCSoft. The creators decided to make this installment a sequel to Lineage I, a game released back in 1998. However, it's unclear what exactly this new story will focus on. It will, however, take us 200 years into the future. As a reminder, Lineage II is a prequel, taking place 150 years earlier than the events of the first game. Although Lineage Eternal: Twilight Resistance is shrouded in mystery, it is known that NCSoft has chosen to use its own graphics engine rather than Unreal. The game is styled similar to Diablo 3, but it is expected to be faster. Notably, players will need to master mouse gestures to destroy enemies and perform other actions. This brings to mind parallels with Black & White and Arx Fatalis. Needless to say, characters in Lineage Eternal: Twilight Resistance are divided into classes? So far, it's known that players will be able to take control of a warrior (a fan of heavy weapons), a mage (a connoisseur of... magic, of course!), and an elementalist archer (an expert in light, long-range weapons and spirit-summoning spells). War is their primary purpose. But trade and diplomacy also play a role in the heroes' lives.
