Kingdom of Arcana – a third-person action roguelike from Slash Games, released on May 16, 2024. The main character is a mage who fights not only with spells but also with his fists and feet, enhanced by magic. Levi vs Aurelius Levi grew up alongside the sorcerer Aurelius, and their relationship was one of rivalry from childhood. Now Aurelius has subjugated the rulers and soldiers of five kingdoms to his will. Under his hypnosis, the warriors fight for him, and only Levi can free the lands. To do so, he must travel through each kingdom, defeat the enchanted troops, and vanquish its lords and kings. Five worlds and their inhabitants The game has fifty levels, spread across five worlds, thirty of which are filled with soldiers. Each world has its own inhabitants. Orcs live in the forests, trolls in the mountains, golems in the jungles, dragons among volcanoes and rifts, and humans can be found in medieval cities. In addition to enemies, the levels are full of hidden traps and challenging terrain. There are twenty bosses, representing the lords and kings of each kingdom. Fist and Spell Combat is built on a blend of melee and magic. Punches and kicks are powerful, and in between, Levi weaves spells. There are three to start, and twenty more can be unlocked with gold. Chests throughout the levels contain potions: healing, buffing, mana restoration, and protective armor.
