About the game

Inkblood — This is the story of an inquisitor who arrived too late and was forced to dig too deep. The cult had already taken root, the predecessor had vanished, and the region was falling apart. You are given no time to doubt: the truth must be found, even if it comes at a cost. Mistakes are not forgiven here — neither you nor those you interrogate with silence. Traces that don't want to be found Investigation relies on attention and patience. You collect clues, photograph scenes, piece together details, and build a case before contacting the Inquisition's supervisor. Nothing is explained directly: every discovery requires interpretation, and premature conclusions can lead to dead ends. The carriage becomes your headquarters — and your confinement, a place where thoughts converge and become stuck. The path to truth is rarely direct. You navigate between Inkburg, swamps, abandoned villages, and pagan temples, choosing directions on the map behind the coachman. The world doesn't reveal itself immediately: you have to return, doubt, and look anew. To understand the present, you peer into the past — a magnifying glass allows you to glimpse scenes from bygone days, like forbidden memories, without which the investigation is doomed. Features of the game Detective investigation with an emphasis on observation. Free movement between gloomy locations. Mechanics of viewing the past to find clues. The carriage as a center of analysis and a source of risk.
