About the game
I Eat Paintings When Guards Aren't Looking — is an absurd hidden object puzzle where, instead of searching for clues or lost keys, you rummage through famous paintings, looking for things you want to...devour. The guards are distracted, the museum is silent, and the protagonist has developed a completely unnatural appetite again. All that's left is to figure out what exactly needs to be ripped from the canvas and stuffed into your mouth today. Hunger for art Each painting turns into a strange riddle. The game throws up absurd hints, half-delirious thoughts, and a very dubious "logic" that forces you to identify the desired object among the details of old canvases. Sometimes the answer is obvious, but other times you sit and peer at a bunch of details, trying to figure out why the character suddenly wanted to eat this particular thing. The funniest thing is how seriously the game treats all this nonsense. You find an object, rip it straight out of a masterpiece, calmly eat it, and move on, as if that's how it should be. Meanwhile, the paintings themselves are made with incredible attention to detail, and the museum atmosphere perfectly plays off the contrast between "high art" and the protagonist's complete lack of self-control. Features of the game Hidden object puzzles inside famous paintings. The absurd mechanics of “searching for food” in works of art. Strange riddles and ridiculous clues. 15 hand-painted artistic scenes.
