Hotel Owner Simulator – a hotel management simulator from Kiraz Games, published by PlayWay, was released on May 8, 2025. You start with a small, run-down hotel, and eventually, if everything works out, you'll own a whole hotel chain. It's played from a first-person perspective, and most of the work is done manually. Rooms of your own layout The rooms here aren't taken from a catalog of ready-made options. The walls are hand-painted, so the rooms come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and the wall color and many details are chosen to suit your taste. The room is then furnished with furniture, decor, and amenities. The more comfortable and elegant the rooms, the more guests they will accommodate and the higher the price they can command. Over time, food and beverages are added to the rooms for guests. Bargaining for each number The price of a room is not set on the menu, but in conversation with the guest. Bargaining is possible, and some agree to pay a premium without much ado, significantly increasing profits. Similarly, bargaining is necessary with suppliers, negotiating better terms. Guest satisfaction is directly dependent on service, and satisfied guests make a hotel's reputation. Cleaning and growing The hotel must be kept clean. Garbage must be collected from both rooms and common areas, bed linens changed and washed, floors and furniture wiped down. It's a chore, but without it, guests won't be happy. When things pick up, you can buy another hotel and expand further. The game has a free demo on Steam, and it's often sold in bundles with other publisher simulators, such as House Builder.
