Grocery Store Simulator – a first-person grocery store simulator from EXPERIMENT ONE. Early access began in June 2024, and the full version was released on November 21st of that year. Its main difference from many similar games is that the store can be run by up to four players online. Cash register, shelves and price tags The day begins with stocking shelves and checking prices. Once customers pick up their items, you have to scan each purchase yourself at the checkout. You set your own prices, and it's easy to make a mistake in either direction: too expensive items are rejected, while too cheap ones don't generate profit. Equipment can be placed anywhere, so the layout of the store is entirely up to you. Over time, you'll have the funds to hire staff, and some of the routine work can be offloaded to your employees. A warehouse where everything doesn't fit Logistics is a special concern. Products are ordered in advance, deliveries have to be received and distributed, and warehouse space is limited, so ordering everything at once is impossible. If stock isn't replenished in a timely manner, shelves will be empty and customers will leave empty-handed. The store grows along with revenue: the space expands, the selection expands. The decor is also up to you: wallpaper, store name, and decor are hand-selected. Shift for four You can play solo, but a co-op of up to four players significantly changes the pace. One mans the cash register, another sorts through deliveries, a third shelving items, and a fourth monitors prices. The website also features Grocery Simulator and Grocery Store Tycoon, but those are different games, while this one emphasizes manual labor and cooperative shifts.
