Peter Molyneux is a "storyteller" of the gaming industry, both literally and figuratively. He's created games imbued with fairy tales, a touch of real life, and a simply delightful universe. On the other hand, this game designer has become the epicenter of many scandals related to his wild promises to players that are rarely fulfilled. This happened with his project Godus, which Peter released quite a while ago, but never released a single update, greatly disappointing players who were eagerly awaiting at least something. And to somehow make amends, Peter Molyneux decided to release an expansion for the game called Godus Wars, which can be downloaded via torrent right now. As a reminder, in the game Godus, users participated in an experiment that resulted in them gaining power and authority, allowing them to create anything a god could. The game had a good concept and inspired confidence in the project's success, but the developers themselves simply forgot about it and didn't pursue it. A major scandal erupted, which now needs to be smoothed over. Therefore, the developers at 22Cans are preparing to release DLC for the game, titled Godus Wars, which promises to radically change the very concept of the game. Whereas previously players had to peacefully resolve divine matters, the game now invites them to engage in fierce combat with other gods, using a wide variety of units. The game is planned to feature 8-player multiplayer and epic battles on a massive scale. True, at launch they promise only two types of units, but later their number should increase to 50, again according to Peter himself. Should we believe him? We'll find out after the game is released. Godus Wars will appear in early access. But one fact is definitely worth remembering: after the scandal, Peter gave an interview in which he described how painfully he took the criticism and this failure, how he suffered, and how he almost left the gaming industry. But he himself is to blame, so it's not worth believing that he deeply regrets it, as this isn't the only game project of his to receive such negative publicity. Especially for itorrents-igruha.org
