Galactic Disharmony — a blend of grand strategy and large-scale first-person shooter, where war management occurs on two levels simultaneously. First, you develop planets, extract resources, build armies, and manage fleets on a star system map, and then personally engage in battles with your troops. The game constantly switches between strategic management and large-scale battles with infantry, vehicles, aircraft, and heavy combat vehicles right on the planetary surface. Strategy in orbit and war on the ground On the global map, you must control entire systems, distribute resources, and decide which planets to fortify first. Preparation directly determines what will end up on the battlefield: tanks, aircraft, elite soldiers, or heavy combat units. Once the assault begins, control shifts to a full-fledged first-person shooter, where you can personally participate in the attack, use vehicles, and call in special abilities like bombing raids or air support. In addition to the story campaign, the game offers a separate mode with custom battles and the ability to customize your own conflicts. You can choose your army composition, the number of planets, starting resources, and even completely redesign the future war within the system. For content creators, a built-in map editor is available, allowing you to change the terrain, place objects, customize the environment, and share your locations via the Steam Workshop.
