Fast Food Simulator – a co-op diner simulator from No Ceiling Games, in early access since December 10, 2024. It's a full-time team effort: you can invite up to six friends to a single diner, and then the line at the checkout becomes a shared hassle. Cash register, grill and deep fryer Every order goes through a chain. Someone stands at the cash register and takes orders, someone fries patties and assembles burgers, someone pours drinks and monitors the deep fryer. The developers strived to make the equipment realistic, so the drink machine, grill, and deep fryer require attention, not just the push of a button. While everyone is busy, the restaurant runs smoothly. If one person gets distracted, disgruntled customers gather at the counter. Shift for six Solo play is also possible, but the game is clearly designed for group play. The host creates a session for friends or opens a lobby for random players, and voice and text chat help negotiate during the shift. Players assign tasks: some get the grill, others the cash register. Your income depends on how well you work together. Occasionally, something strange happens in the diner, and then everyone has to abandon their posts and deal with it together. Your own diner Proceeds go towards restaurant development. You can furnish the premises to your liking, and dress your character differently from your neighbor on shift. The developers clearly state that the game currently focuses on restaurant management and customization, and that future content will be added based on player feedback. There's no story or campaign; the entire game revolves around shifts at the diner and the general chaos in the kitchen.
