Factory Manager Simulator – a first-person factory management simulator from DNA ARMY GAMING, released on September 11, 2021. On Steam, it's listed in the same series as the studio's other "trading" simulators, and the premise is simple: the hero's uncle inherits a factory, and business there is far from stellar. Inheritance with problems The factory I inherited was large but neglected. Initially, it took time to figure out what was happening in production, where it was stalling, and what problems needed to be addressed first. I had to manage both the overall strategy and internal processes: changing work procedures, restructuring production, and introducing new rules. Mistakes here are costly. A bad decision could plunge the company into debt, and a chain of such decisions could lead to bankruptcy. People and production A separate part of the job involves personnel management. Employees need to be monitored and their performance adjusted promptly. Once the factory is up and running, production can be expanded: the game's main goal is growth, not maintaining what's been inherited. Judging by player tags, in addition to working in the factory, there's also driving and the open world surrounding the factory, as well as crafting. What is worth knowing The game has already been removed from sale on Steam, making it harder to find. It's a small, leisurely simulator for those interested in the idea of rebuilding an inherited factory. Requirements are modest: 4 GB of memory, a GTX 770, and 3 GB of disk space.
