Elegy of Fate – a party-based role-playing game in the spirit of old CRPGs from MILLIDIA studio, published by BD Games, released on May 28, 2024. The main character is resurrected, receives the power of an evil deity sealed in a ring, and flees from a goddess who has begun hunting her. The Ring and the Chase The plot begins with a resurrection. The heroine returns to life not quite as she was before: on her hand is a ring with the power of a deity locked within. This power aids her in battle, but it also puts a goddess on her trail. Fleeing pursuit, the heroine travels across the continent, awakening legendary heroes of the past and gradually gathering a powerful knightly order around her. Along the way, old stories, long buried in these lands, are revealed. New characters join as the story unfolds through a series of events. Tank, healer and damage The combat system is built on the "iron triangle" principle, familiar from MMORPGs like World of Warcraft. A squad consists of damage-dealing units, healers, and damage-dealers. Enemies select targets based on a threat system: the enemy attacks the player who has earned them the most hatred, so the tank must quickly draw attention to themselves. The outcome of a battle depends on the squad composition and the ability to distribute roles, and it's worth experimenting with different combinations of skills. Dark fantasy from above The world is shown from above in stylized 3D graphics, the map is large, and there are dungeons and dragons. The game is single-player.
