About the game
Cold Calling is a comedic adventure set in an alternate version of the Cold War, where you control the White House telephone exchange in November 1962. Following the Cuban Missile Crisis, the world is once again on the brink, and your connections determine whether diplomatic disputes will escalate into nuclear disaster. Between absurd dialogues between historical cartoons and a flood of urgent calls, you must keep the line under control. Wires, gadgets, and politics The switch operates on physics: wires must be dragged manually, creating chains of connections and preventing breaks. More than two dozen strange devices are at your disposal, from a pirate cannon to a UFO and a piece of cheese, each of which alters the line's behavior. Combinations of gadgets allow you to stabilize the chaos or, conversely, exacerbate it. The plot unfolds through satirical scenes and an investigation into a conspiracy involving a masked stranger. A secret "Time Phone" connects players to voices from the past and future, and the player's decisions determine whose conversations are overheard. Eight endings shape the story's various paths. Features of the game Physical switch with manual connection of lines. Over 20 Absurd Gadgets with Synergies. Political satire with historical figures. Eight possible endings.
