During the day, you receive shipments from customers, and in the evening, you load them into trucks and deliver them to their destinations. Reception at the counter The process begins with the customer at the counter. The package must be measured and weighed, and they'll be asked what's inside, where it's being taken, and whether it's fragile. After that, payment is taken, and the box is labeled with the destination. A mistake at this stage will come back to haunt you later that evening, when the box ends up in the wrong car. As the number of customers increases, the reception area becomes increasingly focused. Pallets and robots Received parcels accumulate in the warehouse and need to be stored somewhere before dispatch. Small boxes can be carried individually, but larger shipments are more conveniently stacked on pallets and transported all at once. A transport robot is available to assist, taking some of the hassle out of the process. Warehouse order is a matter of course: at the end of the day, the faster the right box is found, the faster the trucks can leave. Evening shipment When the store closes, packages are distributed among vehicles based on their destination, and the vehicles depart. This marks the end of the day, and the process begins anew in the morning. The developers have promised to add express delivery zones, box filling, and rewards or penalties for careful handling of fragile cargo.
