About the game
Tim Schafer has proven that computer games are art. His project Broken Age alone is worth a look! It's a fairytale quest with original hand-drawn graphics. The second act tells the story of further adventures in two different, yet closely connected, worlds. As a reminder, the first act told the story of a girl named Vella, chosen to become the monster's victim. In her village, Sakharine, this is considered a great honor, but the heroine herself didn't see it that way, so she did everything she could to destroy the monster. When she did, its jaws opened, and Shay emerged. For years, the young man thought he was traveling through outer space, but in reality, he was inside the monster. A few moments later, the heroes swapped places. Intricate, mysterious, beautiful — there's no other way to describe it. Seriousness is gracefully intertwined with humor. The first act received 8-9 ratings from critics. There's no doubt the sequel, Broken Age Act 2, will be equally highly rated. Keep in mind: this is the end of the story. The gameplay is simple and easy to use. The goal is to learn as much as possible about this world, or rather, worlds. The heroes can talk to NPCs, examine objects, use items, and even create combinations. You can switch between Vella and Shay at any time, but they cannot directly interact. Incidentally, the first and second acts are also independent in terms of installation. That is, you can download the Broken Age Act 2 torrent and launch it separately. Finally, it's worth thanking the gamers themselves for the creation of this excellent quest — it was created with the help of crowdfunding.
