Batman Arkham City — a sequel to the gripping stealth-action adventure Batman: Arkham Asylum, which focused on the turmoil at Arkham Asylum, located on an island separate from the main part of Gotham City. This time, criminals, also known as Batman's enemies, are wreaking havoc not only in the asylum but also across the entire island, making the task of dealing with them even more challenging. Fortunately, our superhero has expanded his arsenal of gadgets, perfected his hand-to-hand combat techniques, and learned to navigate Detective Mode better. Many decide to download the Batman Arkham City torrent to experience the updated hero in action. What's in store for Batman Arkham City? As noted, new variations of Batman's signature gadgets have appeared: a device for remotely disabling weapons and explosives, smoke bombs, and others. As for familiar gadgets, many have been pleasantly improved. Incidentally, almost all of them have migrated from Arkham Asylum to Arkham City. The combat system has also been significantly modernized, making hand-to-hand combat with enemies even more effective and spectacular. It's worth noting that the enemies in this part of the game have become more cunning. They've learned to group together for attacks and are armed with heavy weapons... Batman might have a slightly harder time dealing with them now, but hey, he's a superhero, so he can use super tricks and super moves to defeat his enemies at all costs! Detective Mode is one of the core gameplay components of the Batman: Arkham series. Admittedly, the developers didn't quite nail it in the first game, leaving it a bit unfinished. They addressed this issue in the second game, making Batman more aware of enemies and more aware of his surroundings. Overall, Detective Mode is now much more useful. The sequel delighted gamers with another surprise: the ability to play as Catwoman. This factor significantly influenced gamers' desire to download Batman Arkham City. Several missions are dedicated specifically to Catwoman. This character also uses powerful tools and possesses her own unique abilities. In particular, she features a special Thief Mode, similar to Batman's Detective Mode. The developers have released several expansions for Arkham City, including new costumes, new locations, and new characters (playable in Challenge mode). Furthermore, the Harley Quinn's Revenge expansion adds a secondary storyline — Harley Quinn's quest for revenge for the Joker's death.
